also quantifiable, meaning they can be tracked by a
learning management system. Not only are they
quantifiable, but the score for each individual
assessment can be weighted to distinguish critical
knowledge from just nice-to-know information.
Randomized Questions
Organizational training tests are
frequently taken multiple times by a participant. To
ensure that participants are learning material and not
memorizing tests, the Makau Assessment Engine offers
random question and answer generation. Questions can be
pulled at random from a bank of questions. And multiple
choice answers can be randomly repositioned within the
assessment.
Easy to Build
The Makau Assessment Tool includes
easy-to-use tools for building assessments. These tools
let instructional designers build an assessment in a
user friendly interface while the tool build XML files
behind the scenes that actually drive the assessment.
